Order Processing

Order confirmation and processing time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order verification:
For your protection, all orders are reviewed before shipment. In selected cases, we may need to reach out to verify delivery details or correct information before dispatch.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer reliable shipping options so you can choose the service that works best for you:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days   

  • Courier: Local postal partner or reliable carrier

  • Tracking included

Express Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping within the US and UK: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days (very often we will expedite it as much as possible).
  • Premium carrier service

  • Tracking and Proof of Delivery

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary between destination (7–31 business days)

  • International tracking provided when available

  • Customs, duties, and taxes may apply (see below)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select.

The estimated delivery dates after completing your purchase are:

  • Standard shipping, we will offer - Free at $0.

  • Express shipping (where available): Supplier Rate would apply as stated by Supplier.

  • International shipping: Flat rate at $0.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number (if available)

You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or by clicking the link in your order email.

If tracking doesn’t update within a few days after dispatch, we are happy to help — just message us.


Shipping Address Changes

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can usually update the address.

However, once an order is in transit, we cannot guarantee changes.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

If you’re ordering from outside our primary country of dispatch, please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your local authority.

  • These fees are not included in your order total and are your responsibility. smartlifestyles.store is not responsibille for any custom, taxes and duries applied to your orders. all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tarriffs, taxes, customs, e.t.c.)

  • We do not control nor collect these charges — contact your local customs office for details.

  • If package is returned to us due to unpaid tarriffs, taxes, customs, e.t.c.by the sender in good codition and within the return policy window. We will refund the  cost of the product and retain the shopping charges.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package:

  1. Double-check the shipping address you entered.

  2. Check with front desk, neighbours, or household members.

  3. If you still can’t locate the package, please contact us — we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.

For lost or damaged shipments, we may require photos or supporting documentation to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may have restrictions depending on the shipping destination (e.g., oversized products, materials restricted by customs).

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If you recieve any damaged machandise, please take a picture of it and emal the picture to us immediately upon recieving it at smartlifestyles.store@gmail.com. We  will only replace damaged product(s) reported as specified in policiy.

For missing packages or delayed shipments beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at smartlifestyles.store@gmail.com, and we will assist where possible.
